Klarion – HubSpot Integration Setup Guide

Who this is for: Klarion Admins
This guide explains how to connect your HubSpot account from inside Klarion and import support tickets for analysis.

Step 1: Open Integrations in Klarion

  • Log in to Klarion

  • Go to Account Settings → Integrations

  • Find HubSpot and click Connect

Step 2: Connect Your HubSpot Account

  • Sign in to your HubSpot account

  • Select the account to connect

  • Click Connect app (Klarion only reads ticket-related data. No data is written back to HubSpot.)​

Step 3: Configure HubSpot Import

  • Select the HubSpot pipeline to import

  • Select a start date to import tickets from that point onward, or import all available tickets.

Step 4: Map Fields, Save and Start Import

  • Default Klarion fields are pre-mapped

  • Map additional HubSpot fields if required(Field mapping can be updated later)

  • Click Save

  • Ticket import starts automatically

  • ​Import runs in the background

Setup Complete

Once connected:

  • HubSpot shows as Connected in Integrations

  • Tickets begin appearing in Klarion automatically

Using Klarion

Klarion automatically downloads and processes support tickets once they close. No manual action is required on your part. Klarion extracts the feedback contained in your tickets, classifies them by topic, assesses the severity of the customer sentiment, and finds the cutting patterns in your feedback items.

You can see the tickets that are downloaded and their processing status by going to the Support Tickets section.

Disconnect Klarion from HubSpot

To disconnect Klarion from HubSpot, simply go to settings, then integration, and then click on Disconnect. Tickets that close after you disconnect will no longer be imported and analyzed by Klarion. Existing data will remain in Klarion.
